1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the 555vs website located at https://555vs.net (hereinafter "the Platform"), registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise engaging with any service offered by 555vs, you ("the Player", "you", "your") confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any other supplementary rules, bonus conditions, or game-specific terms published on the Platform from time to time.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 555vs. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. 555vs reserves the right to amend, add to, or remove any provision of these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on record or via an on-site notification. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.

These Terms are written in English and the English-language version is the authoritative version. In the event of any conflict or ambiguity arising from any translated version, the English text shall prevail.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of 555vs is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited under applicable law as it applies to you personally.
• You are not acting on behalf of a third party, and you are using your own funds for any deposits made to your account.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from 555vs or had an account closed by 555vs for breach of these Terms.
• You are not an employee, director, officer, contractor, or close family member of an employee of 555vs or any of its affiliated game providers or service partners, in circumstances where such participation would constitute a conflict of interest.

Age Verification

555vs employs age and identity verification procedures to protect minors. At the time of withdrawal, and at any point during the account lifecycle at 555vs's discretion, players may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A government-issued National Identity Card (NID) or Smart Card
• A valid Bangladeshi passport
• A driving licence issued by BRTA (Bangladesh Road Transport Authority)
• A recent utility bill, bank statement, or bKash/Nagad account statement confirming residential address (no older than three months)

Until verification is complete, withdrawal requests may be placed on hold. Deposits and gameplay may continue at 555vs's discretion during the verification period, but no withdrawal will be processed without successful identity confirmation. Any account found to be registered by or actively used by a person under 18 years of age will be suspended immediately, all deposits refunded to the original payment method where technically feasible, and any winnings generated during the period of underage use will be forfeited.

3. Account Registration & Verification

To place wagers or access real-money game features on 555vs, you must register a player account. Registration is free and requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, a valid email address, and a mobile number associated with your bKash, Nagad, or other registered payment method.

Accuracy of Information

You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. Providing false registration information — including a false date of birth, a fictitious name, or an address you do not reside at — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 555vs reserves the right to close any account where false information is detected and to retain any balance in that account pending an investigation into the circumstances of the breach.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 555vs account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes sent via SMS OTP to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 555vs will never ask for your password via email, chat, or telephone. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 555vs immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.

Any activity conducted through your account — including wagers placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — will be treated as having been authorised by you unless you have notified 555vs of a security compromise prior to the activity in question. 555vs accepts no liability for losses arising from the unauthorised use of an account where you failed to notify us of a known or suspected security breach in a timely manner.

One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active account on 555vs. Operating multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where 555vs identifies duplicate accounts, it reserves the right to close all but one account, cancel any active bonuses across duplicate accounts, and conduct a review of all associated transactions before releasing any remaining balance.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

555vs supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) through the following payment channels, which are subject to change at 555vs's discretion with reasonable notice:

• Mobile Financial Services (MFS): bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other participating Bangladeshi banks as listed in the cashier at the time of transaction

Minimum & Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit at 555vs is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits per transaction and per day are displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit and are subject to change. Withdrawal minimums and processing times vary by payment method:

• bKash / Nagad / Rocket / Upay: Minimum withdrawal ৳500; typical processing time same business day for verified accounts
• Bank Transfer: Minimum withdrawal ৳1,000; typical processing time one to four business hours after approval

Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that was previously used to make a deposit into the same 555vs account, or to a bank account registered in the same name as the 555vs account holder. This requirement exists as an anti-money laundering control. Withdrawal requests submitted to a different person's payment account will be declined. 555vs reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is significantly larger than the player's typical transaction history.

Where a bonus has been credited to your account, specific wagering requirements attached to that bonus must be met in full before the bonus-derived balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. These requirements are detailed in the relevant bonus terms at the time the offer is accepted.

Your Funds

Player funds deposited into 555vs accounts are held separately from operational funds. 555vs does not use player deposits for operational expenditure. In the unlikely event that 555vs ceases operations, reasonable efforts will be made to return player balances via the original deposit method.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

555vs offers promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, or Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless specific bonus terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to registered players aged 18 and above only.
• Each promotion may specify a minimum qualifying deposit amount in ৳ BDT.
• Wagering requirements (also called "rollover" or "playthrough" requirements) must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus funds and real-money funds are displayed separately in the account balance. Real-money funds are used first unless the cashier specifies otherwise.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or awarded to a third party.
• 555vs reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time, with or without notice, where it is necessary to do so for compliance, commercial, or technical reasons.
• Where 555vs has reasonable grounds to believe a player or group of players is exploiting a bonus in a manner not intended by 555vs — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or systematic exploitation of promotional mechanics — 555vs reserves the right to cancel the associated bonus, void related winnings, and suspend the accounts involved pending an investigation.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using 555vs you agree to use the Platform in a lawful, fair, and responsible manner. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one account on 555vs.
• Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable personal information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage.
• Using the Platform if you are under 18 years of age, or allowing a person under 18 to access your account.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, insider trading of sporting information, or any other form of sports fraud in connection with bets placed on 555vs.
• Using automated betting systems, bots, scripts, or any software tool designed to gain an unfair advantage on the Platform.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games or poker-format games to the detriment of 555vs or other players.
• Charging back a deposit via your payment provider after wagering the associated funds — commonly referred to as "chargeback fraud".
• Using 555vs to launder funds derived from criminal activity or any other illegal source.
• Attempting to access areas of the Platform not intended for your user role, including administrator panels or other players' account data.
• Posting, transmitting, or distributing any abusive, defamatory, or unlawful content via any communication channel on the Platform.

555vs monitors player activity using automated and manual risk management tools. Where unusual betting patterns, payment anomalies, or suspected fraud are identified, 555vs reserves the right to suspend an account, withhold withdrawals, and conduct an investigation before taking further action. Players will be notified of a suspension by email unless notification itself would compromise a fraud investigation.

7. Game Rules & Betting Terms

Games and sports betting markets available on 555vs are provided by third-party certified studios and data providers. The outcome of each game is determined by independently audited random number generators (RNG) or by the real-world result of the sporting event in question, and 555vs has no ability to influence individual game or match outcomes.

Sports Betting

All sports bets — including cricket markets covering BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, and bilateral series involving the Bangladesh Tigers — are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body. Where a match is abandoned, postponed, or voided under the governing body's rules before the minimum qualifying overs or period of play have been completed, bets may be settled as void and stakes returned, subject to the specific market rules applicable to that bet type.

In-play betting markets close at 555vs's discretion during live events. Bets accepted before a market closes are settled at the odds displayed at the time the bet was placed and confirmed. 555vs will not accept bets placed after the relevant event or market has concluded, and any such bets accepted in error will be voided and stakes returned.

Casino Games

All casino games — including live dealer tables from Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, and slots from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Microgaming — operate under the rules published by the respective game studio. The Return to Player (RTP) percentages for individual games are available within the game information panel. 555vs does not modify the RTP, volatility, or win frequency settings of any certified game.

In the event of a technical malfunction — including a server interruption, communication failure, or software error — during a game round, the affected round will be voided and the stake returned to the player's account balance. 555vs accepts no liability for winnings that could theoretically have been earned during a malfunctioning round.

Minimum & Maximum Wagers

Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game, market, and player account tier. Current limits are displayed within the game or betting interface at the time of placing a wager. 555vs reserves the right to adjust bet limits for individual accounts or globally at any time, particularly in response to identified risk management requirements.

8. Account Closure & Suspension

Closure by the Player

You may close your 555vs account at any time by contacting [email protected] with a written request. Before closure is finalised, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your last-used payment method. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure unless the associated wagering requirements have already been met in full. Account closure requests are typically processed within two to five business days. Once closed, a 555vs account cannot be reopened under the same personal details without completing a full re-registration and identity re-verification process.

Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period ranging from a minimum of six months to a permanent lifetime exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are treated with priority and are processed within 24 hours of receipt. During a self-exclusion period, the account cannot be reopened — not even at your own request — until the exclusion period has lapsed (for time-limited exclusions). Suspension or Closure by 555vs

555vs reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• These Terms & Conditions have been breached by the player.
• The account has been used to commit fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• The account holder has provided false identity or age information.
• Continued operation of the account poses a financial, legal, or reputational risk to 555vs.

Where an account is closed by 555vs due to verified fraud or a confirmed breach of these Terms, 555vs reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance. Where an account is closed for administrative or commercial reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player in full.
